Gentle Healing For Our Souls
My journey to become a Reiki Master began over 10 years ago when I was first introduced to it. Ever the skeptic, I never thought it would help me. Of course I was very wrong! Personally, reiki has helped me come off of sleep meds and manage pain when doctors couldn’t help. I also use it for stress management, relaxation, connection to self and my guides. Immediately after tearing my Achilles, I called on all my practitioner friends to send my ankle some reiki. I continued to work on my ankle with reiki all the way through the process of surgery and aftercare.
After years of having reiki done for me I gave the Reiki I class a try. Multiple times. After some time I was guided to a Master/Teacher whom I connected with on many levels. This teacher helped me believe in my own power and skills and to finally achieve my Reiki II certification. For two years I continued to just practice on myself and friends. During this time I was led to a local community where I felt supported and safe to explore my abilities and connections to spirit. And when the pandemic hit and life as we knew it came to a halt, I realized there was no better time to take the 16-week Reiki Master level intensive course.
Since then, I have helped clients with physical and emotional pain, stress management/relaxation, insomnia, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, allergies, tinitus and many other ailments.
I also work with pets and have seen some incredible results.




What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that promotes healing. The word reiki is actually made up from two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy.”
It is a hands-off modality that can be done in person or remote. It is a simple, safe and effective method of spiritual healing that everyone can benefit from. It has been documented to help virtually every known illness and malady and works in conjunction with other medical therapies to relieve side effects.
